Welcome to JobVendorReview.com, or JVR as we like to call ourselves. What we do is fairly obvious - JVR is a platform that allows people to review and rate vendors. We're just about to hit BETA with a set of basic functionality, and add new features as we go along.
Considering the number of jobs that are marketed through vendors, it's quickly becoming more and more important for people in the job market to be aware of what vendors have to offer. The relationship between an employer and an employee is an important one - one that directly impacts several factors where an employee is concerned, and primarily productivity in the interests of the employer. We've ourselves been through the experience of having worked for several vendors, learning, in the process, the nuances of working in such a paradigm.
Looking back, we might have been better off armed with more information than we were; done things a little differently had we been more aware of how the industry worked - let's face it, vendors are for-profit businesses - understandably, their interests come first. JobVendorReview.com hopes to be of assistance in the matter - we all have our experiences and opinions - let's share them and learn from each other.
Having said that, we aim to be an impartial platform, irrespective of our users being vendors or individuals. We hope everyone stands to gain from this venture - especially as we continue to add functionality to aid all those involved.
